>>Sting : more musician and less composer
Stewart and andy : more composer and less musicians

I think it's just the oposite. Sting's a great song writer, but he's never been fantastic at any instrument he's picked up (not that he's bad), he even says he's always surounded himself by talented Musicians, and now he has Domonic.... his "right hand man", who can play the things he can't handle.
I think that what Philip was trying to say is that Sting needs to work more on his musicianship skills while Stewart and Andy need to work on bringing more to their composing/songwriting skills?

Is that right, Philip?

More : I aspect the sound of the next project by Sting involving Stewart and Andy, to… He will loos a lot of his latest audience, including some hard-core police fan…and the music industry will not be able to handle the new project as a sure value.

First i imagined this barock middle age ensemble, like Andy and Stewart on some accompaniment instruments to sting’s lute. It could be this but also:
It can be more like this : Something inspired from the contemporary nu-jazz scene in northern Europe, with electronic and multi-media “habillage”. Something inspired by the incredible virtuosi junk Japanese bands.
Something that matches to the real situation en 2007.

And why not something no to difficult to obtain: have you heard the sounds of Stewart and Gizmo. This can give ideas to the new directions.

Wasn’t somehow Stewart always 1 step forward ?
Stewart again the real true leader of the band ?

I mean, they can’t just hang around in Beverly Hills or Palm Springs, Hollywood, take some holiday in a castle in France or Italy… Why the hell would they have broken the Police for ? If there goal was to live as Hollywood Super-Stars???????????????

Stewart and Andy charred the risks with you. You started all 3 together. Now no musician who works for you takes any risk.
Do your job. Come down from the ivory tower. There are ears to fill with something else. If you (Sting) don’t try it, then no little starting rock musician will want to get a larger audience. They preferred the Police to what you do now. Isn’t it like this ?

This is all so sudden! I haven't been able to believe the gossip quite yet. But man it sure would be awesome if they're true! I can't imagine how happy Stew'd feel.
