i'm told it's a type of music file with a different compression algorithm than mp3 and has multiple tracks.

amy, if you download the mp3s you can listen to the different tracks for each song or you can download audacity at www.audacity.sourceforge.net and play around with all of the tracks at the same time. you'll see.
