I hope we get news on the South America dates soon. I want to start planning next year's travel plans.

Maybe a reunion will be true.

I really like The Police music, no matter if they will not play together again, but I think it will be great to do it in a near future just because Stewart and Andy wants it, but as Stewart already said in a past interview, for Sting The Police means competition to his music, and that's a real problem for our trio, to get together again...

"for Sting The Police means competition to his music, and that's a real problem for our trio, to get together again... "

I actually think it would have an opposite effect..... I think certainly there would be a renewed interest in all of the old Police music, but all of Sting's old stuff would also get a bunch of renewed interest... like... people will remember The Dream of The Blue Turtles and decide they want to buy that CD and have some of Sting's older solo work.

I think all of their solo stuff gets renewed interest. I just don't see how it overshadows Stings solo stuff.

I think Stewart said in an interview that Sting has nothing to prove to anyone.. he is an accomplished solo artist.

What it boils down to is does Sting appreciate his pre-Solo career fans enough to give them what they want... a Police Reunion Tour... so far the answer has been NO. which is a shame. He could instantly make thousands and thousands of fans happy, make money and renew interest in his early work.

Heck, he could even donate proceeds to the Amazon or whatever cause he supports these days.
