It's That Time Again...Just The Two of Us

Hey folks, don't forget Stewart's due to perform as a panelist on Just the Two of Us again in January. He may be filming those now...anyone know? Here's hoping he posts another blog entry about it. I think we're about due for some updates over in Dinner Tales...

The lovely and talented Sockii was able to shoot me a copy of the first season of JTTOU, and I think I'll try to YouTube some highlights...I still plan to try to copy the discs (not for profit, of course) for anyone who wants 'em, but I'm caught up in Christmas madness right now and it may be January before I can focus on it. Sorry for the delay, all.

Can't wait! I stumbled across it by accident last year and spent the whole first show open-mouthed at the sheer weirdness of Stew turning up on something like that. He was very funny though, as you'd expect, and reading his Dinner Tale about it reassured me of his healthy cynicism towards the whole thing - I was worried for a brief moment that he'd gone over to the dark side.

It is something very positive that really talented musicians be engaged to bring experience and intelligence in the music for the mass.
Perhaps it’s natural in England, one of the land of music… bud oversee, it’s just something wondering. The ‘pop idol’ type of program we have in Europe are really taking everybody for mist… except for Manu Katché, for which I have the large respect, being member of the jury of a French this sort of program. Is there another example in Italy, Germany, Holland…?

But Copland, that is amazing! Thanks Stewart.
“Chapeau bas”.

PS Nicole: will you record it this time again?
