The day you guys were in Savannah, my office got flooded. I mean FLOODED. Meanwhile, in another location we were having our annual meeting (hence my not being in Savannah).

Once the flooding was stopped, we were allowed to go in quickly to grab a few things--the first thing I went for was my SHOES...an old pair of Kenneth Cole pointy-toe boots that are broken in and yet still look new enough to wear at work (but not so much on the street).

Anyway we had a laugh about how we rescued our shoes first. And a good lesson for those who work in offices--don't leave shoes right out on the floor, at least put them in a drawer. I had mine in a box and that's what kept them safe!

Oh, and my co-worker's CHA! band also survived.
