Choose two items for a base (home fries, french fries, macaroni salad), choose a meat for on top (white hot, red hot, cheeseburger, etc.), then cover the whole damn thing with onions and special beefy sauce. OH - and hot sauce. OH - and ketchup. OH - and mustard too. Mmmmmmm....

Underneath the blech, it looks like home fries and hot dogs. It's that "special beefy sauce" and the heaping swirls of ketchup that really nasty it up something special.

Sorry - white hots and red hots are types (colors) of hot dogs. In Rochester, there's a "home brand" called Zweigle's which makes KILLER hot dogs. You can find Zweigle's at most of your local Wegman's grocery stores (also a Rochester-based business). http://riffs.com/food/10345909/

This tastes INCREDIBLY good in the middle of the night, after much alcohol. They clean the grill once a year, on the 4th of July, and the food sucks for about a week afterwards until the grease gets a chance to build up again.

I think that looks fantastic, Schmaff. I love nasty greasy trashy food, that looks right up my alley. I'll have to check it out if I ever end up in Rochester
