Extra ticket to Concord show folks

I've got an extra ticket for the Concord show on Stewart's birthday, July 16. It's in section 107, row A, seat 1. That's the very first row of the lower section on Sting's side. I'm looking for $240 (face and some of the extra charges). I have hard ticket in hand.
I want to offer it to you guys before I put it up on Ebay. Shoot me an email if you're interested (amyp22@juno.com) . It should be a good show. It's The Man's birthday on the final leg of the final tour. Anything could happen
