Selling one floor seat for Philly--10th row center

I've decided not go to to Philly. I am not desperate to sell but in case anyone's dying to buy, it is a single seat in 10th row, section 2. Price plus Wachovia Center fee was $244.85. Electronic ticket. Email if interested. I will also check back here.
