Well, crap. I just got home and noticed a 2nd Dallas date was added at 11:30 this morning and that tickets went on sale immediately.
Bummer. I was online at 10 trying for the general for the first date, and there was next to nothing left by 10:15...kept trying till around 11 but had to leave to take care of some business at that point.
Maybe the promoters are adding dates in markets where the presales were especially strong, to give non-BB or FC code folks a shot at the tickets. Which I have to admit is pretty cool of them to do...
Guess that'll teach me to step away from the computer for a few hours.

That's kind of "old school". If I remember correctly, that was pretty common with popular bands back in the day. One show goes on sale on a Sat. then you'll hear on the radio later that day that they've added a second show and it goes on sale...right now.

Well, I have kind of mixed feelings about it, but I doubt Arthur Fogel is going to ring me up and ask for my opinion anytime soon.

Fuck, really? Ahhh!
I checked Ticketmaster, and it says it isn't avaliable because they're doing maintanance.

There were 0 tickets avail for the second show by about 6 last night...there may have been some 300 levels, I was looking for the floor and first tier...

yes, Dallas # 2 came down with about zero warning. I did not find out until way too late.
Anybody have 1 single ticket for Dallas # 2 that they would like to sell?

I'll have some extras for the first date, Dallas...3 all told. They're all singles, though. I'm waiting till they arrive in the mail to offer them for resale.
I finally got the interactive seat viewer thingy on AmericanAirlinesCenter.com to work, thanks to the magic of Virtual PC. Think I'll keep my section 11 seat and resell the 119 one...even if I can't see, I think I'd rather be down front in the melee where I can stand up and scream and dance and stuff...

That's ok, they didn't do any advertising for on sale tickets anywhere for the Detroit show. Nothing in the papers, music and culture mags. Nothing except the day it was announced and the day of public sale. And that was limited.
Made it easy for those who were actually keeping tabs.
