Well, I'm guessing I got the best tix I could for the $90 price break which is what I could afford. I'll be in the 1st row of section 202....this after rejecting 1st row further up on the sides and various 9th row, 12th row, & 15th row seats.

I think the tix I chose came in after rejecting maybe 5 or 6 different sets, so THANK YOU to sockii for posting that tip!! Well all those tips were great really, since I had a seating chart printed out and ready to go and my ticketbastard profile was all set as well...the last minute before 10:00 was spent refreshing the TPT.com ticket page every other second too!

I got two tickets for Seattle, the back row of lower level, south side. I live in the Chicago area, but we have relatives in Seattle and I have never been there, and we haven't had a vacation in a couple of years. Plus I already had the week of the concert on my vacation calendar at work, picked randomly in January. I did join the fan club last night, after calling everyone I knew to see if they had a Best Buy Rewards Code and peeking on eBay. I was nervous about figuring out the presale and something possibly going wrong, but hubby was home today so I copied the instructions from the Web site and he did it while I was at work. He said the police Web site could have been made easier to use, but it worked pretty well. BTW, I have heard Key is a good arena, with good acoustics and views.

People here are waiting for dates!!!!!!!!! The word is either July 4th weekend at Wrigley or August at Soldier Field. The Chicago radio stations are playing Police songs and the TV newscasts, too. Lots of fans.

I am very happy with our seats, and my husband is very glad I finally got my tickets.

Right on RG....I haven't seen a concert at Key Arena before, so I'm glad to hear the acoustics are decent. Look for me above you on the 6th....I'll be the guy with the shaved head yelling really loudly!!
