First go @ 10am exactly - no seats available.

Tried again immediately @ 10:04 - 2 seats section 110, Row 22. Grabbed 'em as I prefer lower tier near the stage over floor unless I'm right up close.

Now I just need to perhaps try for a third ticket come Monday in the regular sale, depending on who wants to go with me to this show.

is that the key? I have one code ready for chicago when they go on sale! I guess keep trying if you don't get in for presale?

Definitely don't give up if your first try or two says no tickets available. As someone else pointed out, people will misenter their information, cc cards will get turned down, "held" tickets will be released if a sale isn't completed...keep trying even for a couple hours and you'd be surprised to find tickets pop up that supposedly were "sold out"...

Seconding sockii's advice-- I got a good seat for Dodger Stadium because I kept hitting "Search again" until I decided not to press my luck any further. =)
