Oy, Kate -- that sucks. At least Cardiff isn't for a few weeks. Are they resending them, or are you going to pick them up at the ticket window? (Considering, perhaps the second option might be better?)

They did say that mine wouldn't be sent till 2 weeks before (VIP) so I'm not worrying too much... but it would be nice to have them!

Royal Mail are attempting to wake someone up at the delivery office where they are stuck in oxford, and gently remind them that I am paying for ALL MY MAIL to be redirected to my new address in Surrey. The only reason for paying for the redirection service (about £50) was so the bloody tickets would get to me. Sheesh!

Ticketbastard won't get involved until Royal Mail actual manage to mislay them.
