What is up with Best buy, and codes for Chicago, Il

Does anyone know if and when peoloe can get their code from BB. The site still says TBD? can you help a fan in need ?

I think for most other shows the code was available a day or two before the presale. That's the way it was for Vegas, at least, for which I used it. The fanclub presale for Chicago is Wed. March 21, so the Best Buy presale is probably on Tues. March 20. You'll probably be able to get a code on Monday.

I know for Philly, the code wasn't available until 10:00am which was the start of the presale.

Maybe Chicago is the same.

Try getting a code within 24 hours of the tickets going on sale. I was able to get a code for the Cleveland show about 14 hours before they went on sale for the BBRZ members.
