I'm no deep Google-ologist, but a quick search of the title brought up nothing other than the same article. Strange indeed...

My guess is that it has not yet been performed.

The Schirmer page on the piece lists it as "unavailable" which is what is shown when it is scheduled to be premeired somewhere. If we only knew where.

You can buy rights to perform the other Stewart pieces Schirmer pubnlishes but not that one.
