When I became active on this site in what...Nov/Dec?, my thinking was; Anyone who loves the Stew must be a person with a fun and slightly twisted sense of humor, be generally smarter than the average bear, and be committed to the idea that you can mature, be responsible, raise kids and do what you need to do, but still not feel the need to be a grownup. Yeeeaaaah! I have met a few of the coolest women I've ever come across on this site (now FB friends). Many miles away, but I love these Stewzies Floozies like we had coffee and watched Harold and Maude every day. My impression of Stewart has always been one of "Cool- he can write symphonies and talk about animal flatulation - yay! He can be a devoted husband and father and still let that f-bomb go off now and then - yay! He is obviously highly gifted and intelligent, but he still prizes goofiness as a fine asset to one's personality - yay!" Mr. C is the product of an incredibly unique and fascinating family whose gifts are wonderfully diverse and intricately woven. I think that most of us here get that sense of him and his family and that's a lot of what we respond to. He is a lover of life, as we are. Personally, I can't wait for his memoirs to find out more about the female Copelands-of-origin, i.e., Mom and Lorraine. What a range of talents and interests. Okay - I'm done ponitificating now.
Love y'all,
barbara
