OT: Santacon in NYC

Michael and I saw a bit of this when we were heading to the bus that took us to Philly last weekend and it was driving us nuts--WHAT is up with all these Santas? It was a lot of Santas even for 34th Street in Manhattan. Finally I found out about Santacon and this slide show from the NY Times is very amusing. I also made myself laugh thinking about a Stewartcon.

I can totally see hundreds of people wearing tube-socks and green in an all day bar hopping celebration. Quick! Let's get working on it for '09!

Stewartcon could be on July 16 when it is warm enough in most places to wear tube socks and shorts. Or white pants. It would be fun to try, the more I think about it.
