From Isle of Wight:

HOWEVER, Stewart is nowhere to be seen.

No pics from 8-7-08. Sure, multiple pics of The Jonas Bros and Kanye. Miley Cyrus got a pic included. But no Stewart.

Why do I continue to read RS? They have like one good article ever 6 months or so.

Much prefer this shot:

By the way, that shirt would be the PERFECT Christmas present for EQ if anyone knows how to get one. I'm an XL.

I had a free subscription from some miles program..

Too much Fashion too much Political comment..

RS needs to Shut the F' up and give me music news & reviews only and not become a political mouthpiece.

needless to say I did not renew.

OH RS has a major bug up its ass and lke you all have said. It is becoming a Fashionista and polical magazine, music is secondary it seems. WTF.

I like EQ's pic cuz WE were THERE baby. WHOOOOO.

no wait that was AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH.

I still laugh about that. EQ's ears are probably still ringing poor guy.

RS is RS. People here have taken better shots.

I'm more concerned that EQ might have written to Father Xmas requesting that ghastly shirt.

Oh and Smax - have a pint of water.

Smax, when the high level motor skills required to manipulate a glass of water have deserted you, just drink from the tap. You've got taps again, right?

ETA: Now go to sleep for fuck's sake!

(Apologies for the threadjack)

For some reason I've been getting RS for free for the past year...go figure!

I certainly wouldn't pay anything more than that for it.

(Oh and E., you happen to be using perhaps my favorite Dali painting for your current avi. Allow me to swoon for a moment...)

I won't even waste time flipping through that rag at the book store or in the public library for free.

RS has been political from its inception. I just don't think featuring crap like Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Bros is in the spirit of what the magazine is supposed to be about when it was created. However, I must note that its political commentary is simply not very well done.
