Ok, so I uploaded some pictures that I took at the London Apollo Cinema Screening(s) on FlickR.
I went there with another Police fan, Iain, and we pretty much had the greatest time just chilling at the cinema (where Stewart hung out as well, with his son).
We saw two screenings of Everyone Stares, which I can't mention enough is the coolest music doc yet, and enjoyed the brief Q&As.
Stewart was nice and grounded as usual; And also very tall!
Just check out that picture of me and him, I'm tiny next to him!
I hope I didn't bother you too much, Stewart, I don't think I did...
I only flew all the way to London to show my support.
Anyway, enjoy! Here's the link...

I love the "Pretending Anger" one, did you have to add the red eye? lol
Did anyone at least record it?
Thanks for the picies!

Great pics, Lara, and your captions are hilarious! 'Peaceful yet loud Stewart' sounds like it could be the title of his autobiography. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks everyone, I'm glad you enjoyed them.
It was a really cool cinema too; With seethrough stairs and other shiny things.
And no; I didn't add red eyes to that photo; I hate it when that happens in the pictures I take!

Excellent. I'm glad you had a great time; however, I'm still bitter I didn't quite get the memo on the Bonnaroo screening...they hand out a newspaper at the gates and it may have just escaped my view, although they also announce things at the event site, but there are a squillion people and it's easy to miss things.
Oh well. Life goes on. Thanks for posting pix!

Hm. You think he'd actually know who we are?
That makes me kind of happy, since most likely it'd mean he knows we think he rocks!
We're a pretty good bunch of fans, if I say so myself.

Back when we had working avatars/icons for this board, Stewart *did* recognize me at an event by putting together my screen-name with my icon. Which was very, very cool.
And yeah, it's a good group of folks we've got here.

Gio's got the hots for Lara! (sitting in a tree....)

Ok I admit it, I ment to put Ms. Gradenko instead, because I'm not all that creative with picking names.
Now Popborn Blizard, that has to me my favorite name on here.
