If you look at Gio's Illegal Tales website, it appears he has both the Behind the Music show and the original MTV interview that has the fight. Conveniently, the site is in Italian. (Convenient for you, not so much for me).
Actually, it appears that Gio has EVERYTHING. Which is why Gio is Gio (man, he makes me look like a Duran Duran fan in comparison).

I don't even know if he trades.

Gio has been posting even on tour.
Also, it is my understanding that Gio does trade (though probably not everything on his list is up for trade) but the problem might be having something he wants.

Wasn't the Behind the Music special essentially a rehash of stuff from Outlandos to Synchronicities, with a new commentary and some additional clips?

I could be totally wrong about this, but when I watched this on the TV, I remember thinking I'd see something new, but all I saw was the same footage I'd seen before.

Even if I'm correct (and I may not be, my brain is like Swiss Cheese), it still doesn't mean I would say no to a copy I'll have to look and see if I have it somewhere...
