Hopefully not, as it never was an official release. You can get it free via torrent download. I believe it's still active at The Trader's Den.

I just remember requesting about "Viña del Mar Show" at the same chilean TV channel... in response I received a tape from the same master great quality... but a cut version, cause they said the rest were lost ( only one night and that night cut ) well is cool for me...I recognized Ian Copeland into the audience 8)
