I have a problem with this, being forced to do business with walmart. I will say that from a business/consumer point of view I have issues with walmart but I don't want to turn this into my personal rant on walmart. If I was i tunes, Bestbuy, Circuit City, etc... I would pull their back catalog off my shelves, that would really hurt them financially (not that they need the money). Die hards will buy the new stuff but casual fans buy the best of's and hit records. Your thoughts.......

Yes I know you can go through the Eagles web site, but, that's for another rant.

That IS lame. And way to basically encourage more illegal downloading!

You'd think, given the slumping cd sales market, that artists would be working harder to make their releases MORE easily available to consumers instead of harder...

No problemo with WALMART? Eagles and the DIXIE CHICKS?

OK, BongoB, I think that on Netflix there is a movie called The Corporation. You should see it. There is also one of Walfuck itself.

Screw them. Sellouts. My next two albums will be KT Tunstall's and The Foo's new acoustic, both out in September.

I heard the new single today and I was amazed by something – just how well they captured their sound from the mid 1970’s. I mean, this literally could have been released in 1977 and it would have been everything you would have expected. It doesn’t sound like any of their comeback sap stuff (not that there’s anything wrong with that) But I’m always fascinated by that sort of caught-in-a-time-warp thing.
