Today I bought the July edition of "Rolling Stone" in Spanish!!! and THE POLICE is on the cover... around four pages of THE POLICE reunion and rehearsals at Vancouver, interviews with the three of them, and testimonies from Up-Today bands like "Marroon 5" or "No doubt" of how THE POLICE influenced them.
Besides an article about the reunion of argentinian trio band "Soda Stereo" who was inspired by THE POLICE, with a testimony of Gustavo Cerati of what happened when he met Miles Copeland, Stewart and Andy Summers during the process of making the spanish cover of "Bring on the night" (Traeme la Noche) with Andy, on it Cerati told about Miles proposal to replace Sting on THE POLICE for making a POLICE TRIBUTE SHOWS around Latin America and rest of World... and How Stewart was impressed with the finall cut of his spanish cover of "Bring on the night"... also a tiny article about Andy Summers-Photo book "I'll been watching you" that describes the high standard qualities of Andy as a photographer and writter.
