I'm putting these two reviews here because they said a couple things I never knew, like Stewarts drums now say Kiss Me You Fool, which I thought was a riot.

Anyone have pics to verify this (the Kiss Me on the drumheads)?

I can't confirm what the drums say, but I saw a clip somewhere, and I can confirm that something is written on them.

"Nous sommes les flics"

Ever the crowd pleaser...

Equa, apparently that is vision's signature, and now I understand it was NOT a "come on" directed to our beloved....

"In a sleeveless white T-shirt, Sting looked every inch the lean, iconic rocker. Summers, only slightly jowly at 64, sported an "Oh my God they killed Kenny!" guitar strap which pointed to his love of musical mischief, while Copeland, in spectacles and a headband, looked like a squash pro on the over-40 circuit and expended just as much energy."

I like this reviewer. Concentrating on wardrobe and piffle like what it says on Andy Summer's guitar strap and Stewart's drums. Yes. Finally a journo with some details I CARE about.

I'm laughing at the squash pro thing. Must be the gloves!

It's more of the headband plus gloves.
Stew might be pissed at the journo because he didn't say "polo pro"...I don't think that either Stu or Andy give a ff about their age, otherwise Stu would have dyed his hair and worn contacts as he used to do (methinks he did, given his typical myopic-with-contacts look in the days of Glory).

Meanwhile, on the right side of the screen, somebody dreams of a hair transplant....

[musing] What's with Stew's eyewear? It does not get steamy...I remember steam coming off of him in ES ("See? The Steam...Somebody in this band is working!")...It must be like a sauna up there with the drumming, the ppl and the lights...

My eyewear only gets steamy when I come into a warm room from being outside when it's really cold. If I'm just working hard and sweating my eyeglasses don't get steamed up.
