DiveMistress is a-ok at Churchill Downs tailgating and since the Flag is preparing its special birthday trip to Cleveland with its Creator, Dive has decided to make sure Stewart isn't Dissapointed at the Derby by making her own special pre-birthday flag especially for the Louisville show tonight...
This flag was taught how to tailgate right from the start, you'll see it sipping a mint julep, here:

Eq, the "as your attorney, I advise you to . . . " line is from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. (Highly recommended. I have the book packed for Greyhound reading.) It usually precedes advice to do something exciting, dangerous, nuts, drug-filled, or any combination thereof.

The "as your attorney" thing is from Hunter S Thompson's Fear and Loathing in las Vegas...the title of this thread is also from Thompson's essay on the Derby <grin> I suspect all this Thompson stuff is called for since he is a Louisvillian <grin>
But, ya, Dive could be an attorney...she's one of those people who could do just about anything! <grin>
