I'll always have a problem with purchasing mp3s, and DRM-controlled ones at that, so I'll never use iTunes (yes, I know there are options as well). You're really not getting the musical palette as the artist intended, the sound quality is sacrificed for the sake of file size & portability. I'd happily purchase this as a real CD, or as lossless files, if they ever make that an option.
On the plus side, at least there is one way to obtain this out-of-print soundtrack legally through iTunes.
But that's just me, I understand the need for musical artists to get paid. Or rather, the companies that own the rights to the recording getting paid, and then in turn paying the artists a small portion of that.
