Non-Flash forum link up front?

Postby Divemistress of the Dark on 10 Jul 2007 14:03

Hey folks, a few times this summer I've tried to log on from various computers (Bonnaroo, the library, etc.) and for whatever reason Flash wasn't installed so I couldn't get the link.

Anyone got advice? I'm getting ready to head down to South America (where I will meet Jose in Lima, yay!!) and spend some time out in the jungle, and I'm already starting to jones...I don't think I'll be able to stand not being able to read all about the Cleveland show...I'm just imagining whatever computer I may be able to find will be fairly low tech...

I do think there's a URL that'll take you straight to the forum. Guess I better memorize it, eh? :)

Haw! I guess you can tell I'm lazy...my browser defaults to some long string of stuff from a thread long ago, and I just go there and click on "Krypton Forum."

Leaving Tuesday, but packing already b/c I'm heading to Louisville to see our boys on Saturday.

(I am diving, in the Galapagos, where I'm really hoping to see whale sharks. My prob is I have to take a charter flight to get to the boat and the weight limit is 70 pounds. Scuba gear is *heavy*. I dunno how I'm going to do it. So I'm having to do some fancy thinkin' to figure out how I'll cram it all in...the temperature range for the week is going to be from near freezing to about 80 degrees, or I'd just take one pair of pants and one shirt!)

I always go directly to the forum as per the link above. That's what I have bookmarked. I'm on so many forums, it'd drive me batty to go to the main page and navigate in every time.

I have to laugh since the two of us couldn't figure it out at Roo...chalk it up to heat, sun, dust, lack of sleep, musical euphoria, and other elements of general dementia <grin>

PS: HAVE A GREAT TRIP DIVE!!!!
