MOJO Article

I just bought the magazine and, although I haven't had time to read it yet as I'm at work, it does look awesome! There are one or 2 photos I'd never seen before, mostly from familiar shoots, but different shots. There's a particularly gruesome shot of Stewart from Curved Air days that was new to me, in what may be the debut of the white shorts! Also got a free police badge with the magazine. They structure the article album by album which isn't particularly original but does make comfortable chronological reading. The pull quotes all look suitably tasty and self-berating from all 3 members.

I'll scan it all in tonight when I get home and post somewhere for all to inspect. Dietmar, have you got yourself a copy already?

it usually takes a week or two for UK mags to appear at my local shop... thanks for asking :)

Ah ok. Well, let me know if you have any trouble getting a copy - you really should have this one I think!

Define "gruesome," Hannah. Is Stewart carrying a severed head in his teeth?!?

Kellie - that's HY-STERICAL! I'm at work and trying not to bust out laughing. But really, how gruesome could it be? We've seen the cover of CA albums and the groovy prog rock look. That's pretty bad.
How bad could white shorts be, unless they have suspenders. OMG, NOOOOOOOOO!

It really is quite bad. I'm using the word 'gruesome' to indicate that it's quite hard to look at and yet, strangely, you can't tear your eyes away...

His legs look a bit like mine did when I was about 13 - you know: too long, too thin, too bony. Crazy Legs Crane basically :)

Oh, dear. A car wreck kind of picture, eh?

I don't think anyone except us would care. Actually I reckon Stewart's kids would have a pretty good laugh at it.

Well, (forgive me, Stewart) he did tend to look downright illegal well into his 20s. But (forgive me, Stewart) he grew into his limbs eventually.

Aw, I love those old photos. I hope it's this one:

HI-larious. Can't wait! As long as nobody gets in trouble for message board posts...;)

Oh, yeah -- Impey got some great photos. The "Air Control" one is great. (And look at those limbs. They make him look about 9 feet tall. Yet still illegal.)

Oh it's way worse than that one! You'll see in a few hours when I get them up online. I'll prioritise that one just for you ladies ;)

I'm suprised he didn't break his arse falling down the stairs in the Air Control pic. I can see what you mean by 'illegal'
I do like the one with the leather coat and specs, though. How old do you suppose he is...20, 21?? I sure would've been gaga over him when I was 20 or 21 (or 22 or 23... ;)

Listen to us clucking over a young man.

He still is fine. :?

Thanks for the heads up. I'm off to Shinders for MOJO. Police Badge? Goody!
