Obviously, don't mail it if there's a strike going on. That would be bad.

Or if there's a revolution going on. That would also guarantee mail problems.

ETA: Oh yeah, Dive makes a good point that I overlooked earlier. EXPEDITED services, people. No regular mail shit.

But again, if there is some kind of across-the-board strike or revolution happening, stay where you are and contact Mission Control for further instruction.

The good thing about UPS is that they have super-duper tracking, so DM can check on the flag at any point in transit and make sure it's on route.

Also, I haven't had them lose or misdeliver anything, pretty well ever.
