Dear sockii,

The region code is '2'.

I'm afraid you cannot see this in USA....

The booklet was also sold when this film had been on a road show in Japan.

Giovanni>>>Giovanni me??? <<<

Si, certo !
Giovanni Pollastri, it's you.
You should have written something somewhere about this movie.
It's entitled "Production Note/ Sundance Debut 2006" "Being Stewart Copeland"
And it starts like this;
In the screen of "Everyone Stares", every one can see the Police at its glory from inside, from Stewart's point of view....."

sockii>>>any link where we can order a copy on line? Do you know how the DVD is region coded?

I found it at Amazon.co.jp...Ahhh, I'm afraid to say it's "Available for orders shipping to addresses within Japan only".....
the URL includes Japanese characters, so, please Google " Everyone Stares, Japan Edition, DVD". Partly written in English, too.
I'm not sure about the region code....but it says on the package " for Japanese market"
You can see the photo here....

P.S.
Thank you MIDORI about the region code etc....
You've posted while I was writing this. :D

Ohh you mean this kind of stuff? :o

>I would love to have this. Wonder if I could order it...

Hi, Lara
I'd say Sweden and Japan have the same regional code but there might
be another problem. "Resolution: NTSC (Japan)"
Sweden is "Pal" form.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NTSC
But 'resolution' should causes no trouble for you to watching a dvd on PC.

The above is all my guesswork. I recommned you to ask sockii personally.

>Thank you MIDORI about the region code etc....
My pleasure. I love to see DVD's soooon!!

PS. I've been wondering for a long time. ... What do "ES/TPIO" and "OT"
mean?

More strangeness...even with that being the case, they let me put in an order with an international shipping address. Of course, we'll have to wait and see if it actually ships or if I get a follow up email shortly saying they can send it to me in the U.S....

I'll ask HMV Japan whether they accept an overseas shipping to USA or Sweden just in case.....

My $50USD Philips DVP-642 plays pretty much everything I throw at it. PAL, NTSC, any region (even DivX & Xvid)...it plays them all. It's not the best DVD player (quality-wise), but it certainly is versatile!
