Write Your Own Title For The Rolling Stone Cover (RS Site)

Hi, everybody. New to the forums, lifetime fan. I had only writen a reply in a post to the spanish sepeaking members of these forums, without properly introducing myself. Excuse my rudeness.

I'm Centauro. I live in Bogotá. I want to go to a Police concert so badly that I'm willing to travel all the way to Argentina, getting myself in a big money debt. I don't care. I have a new blog about it, but it is only in spanish, despite the title: http://uponasecretjourney.blogspot.com

Now, I don't know if this has already come up but, have you written your own cover line for the last RollinStone issue? if not, go to

http://www.rollingstone.com/rockdaily/i ... over-line/

Lot of laughs there. And many haters... sigh.

Welcome, Centauro.

Thanks for the link. I admit that I like the one that says, "Too rich, Too thin." I don't know about the former, but I do have to fight the urge to tell Stewart to EAT SOMETHING.
Dramatic highlights & a unique musical cosmos. Guaranteed.

The ones that made me laugh the most were the ones from people who just clearly had no sense of humour at all, eg "The Police: Take Two".
Bloody hilarious. Unintentionally of course!

I thought 'Hot Fuzz' was quite funny and some of the put downs are pretty good you've got to admit! Such as: 'Pictured: the only two men alive who can stop Sting from being a complete boring ass.'

Oh and welcome Centauro! :D

My particular favourite
"Stewart. Please remove that lute from my ass."

You see I really rather like John Dowland's work....
"You can't always do right, but you can always do what's left."

My favorite:

The Police: Please Don’t Break Up Again Before The Show I Have Tickets To.

LOL!!!

Btw, the general level of snideness throughout the majority of the comments were about off the scale.

Thanks for the welcome, people! :D Sorry, lot of typos in that post.

I made a not so good pic of my fourth submission:
http://uponasecretjourney.blogspot.com/ ... olica.html

smudge: That one cracked me up!

juleverde: I pray for that too!

samburusunset: That was good. I like Rush... well, what I've listened of them so far, which is not as much as I'd like.

I'm so glad that this wasn't a repost! 8)

Oh...

Hey Stewart. I forgot to say hi to the house owner! You don't have the time to read this now, I know, but maybe, jst maybe, in the future you'll do. You can count me in the ranks of those who know who was and is the core force behind The Police. Love the three of you, but you SC are ranked #1 in my list.
