Hi all...instead of derailing the Vancouver 5-30 thread once again <grin> I thought I would post here instead re:Dallas...I don't know if y'all are interested, but I just learned from one of the mail-list peeps that that Fiction Plane will be playing at the Dallas House of Blues on the 28th and wanted to mention it...I had a fun time at the Plaza club show FP did the night before the FC show and it looks like my bus to Houston doesn't leave until well after midnight so I'll have to be up anyways and will likely go <giggle>...Tickets thru TM <groan> are running 8 bones...

I'm sticking around for the 27th gig but probably will leave on the 28th.
I've got three singles left for the 26th gig, Gina, but they're all the 225 level...

Ya believe me, Dive, I've seen the tix and if something (ya know, like Divine Intervention, at this point) happens to allow me to snag one, I'll be sitting in sec 11 row Q <grin>
But, at this point, I'm sleeping on the bus to avoid having to add extra nights in hotels...hubby is a saint for indulging this but I have to keep the encroachment into our budget minimal and leave some for him to get a super-treat as well. But I'm lucky as all heck to go, already have some of my bus tix and was able to priceline the hotel for Dallas...thanks for the tip Conroy, for 54$ I got into the Doubletree as well (hah, beat you by a buck! <grin>)
I'm a little less sure I'm going to the FP show since hubby late last night had a quibble with the overnight bus from Dallas to Houston since it leaves *really late* out of Dallas, and he said he'd rather me leave earlier and get a hotel in Houston for that night so we'll see how this negotiates out, but otherwise I'll be at the Fiction Plane show...
