The Police Tour Fan Club would like to announce that The Police have added 2 new tour dates to their North American tour. The new dates are:
Oct. 31 - New York, NY @ Madison Square Garden
Nov. 11 - Boston, MA @ TD BankNorth Garden.

The presales for these shows will begin:
Thur, May 31 at 10 am local time.
Tickets will go on sale to the public on June 4th.

Thur. May 31 Members-Only Presale @ 10:00 am local time
Oct. 31 - New York, NY @ Madison Square Garden
Nov. 11 - Boston, MA @ TD BankNorth Garden

As soon as I get the $ together, I'm getting tickets for the Boston show. That was definitely a pleasant surprise in my inbox this morning. :D

MSG on Halloween?!?

AAAAAAHHH!!!!

NOW do all those people who wanted to give me Best Buy codes still want to give them to me?

FWIW, Ticketmaster is also showing a New Years Eve show at MSG now with a presale of tomorrow! But so far I've seen no mention of presale codes for a 12/31/07 show, so maybe they jumped the gun on that announcement?

(Oh, and sorry, DM, I'd already given away that code I had for Atlantic City to someone....)

No worries, sockii -- just thought I'd try my luck. :D

My kids will never forgive me if I miss Halloween.... Maybe I can swing Boston. There's no school the next day, thanks to our Veterans. Thanks Ian!

Ditto here on Halloween...man, does that bum me out!! Sometimes it's hard being a "suburban mom!"

Kelly, I sent you an email, but in case you check here first...I've got you covered! Let me know if you're still looking!

Managed only a single on the floor (section 6, row E) for 10/31 MSG in the Best Buy presale--no luck getting doubles.

Well, that ought to be...interesting. I'll probably try again in the regular sale to see if I can manage anything better!

Nancy, you gorgeous blonde, I just emailed you back. I overslept! No sleep all weekend, and NOW I couldn't wake up. Ah!

Can't you moms dress the kids up as cops and bring 'em to the show? :D

ETA: Thanks, Nancy -- not having great luck right now, but going to keep trying. Am now determined to just DRAG hubby to a show whether he approves ahead of time or not cuz he really wants to go, is now jealous of YVR, but is still being a noodle about committing. Screw him. He's going. (But in which case, they have to be primo seats.) I'll keep trying today and tomorrow or else find alternative methods.

THANK YOU!

YES!

I've got side stage seats -- almost exactly the same seats as I had in Vancouver. Sweet.

Hey Kelly, that's excellent news! I'm so glad the code brought you some good seats! I heard a rumor about MSG on Nov. 2, so I'll be hoping that comes through.

As for Halloween, I like the way you think! Not sure I could convince my son to miss trick-or-treating...perhaps he can be bought with the promise of MUCH candy!?! Hmmm...wheels spinning. I'm afraid I'm becoming like a junkie looking for her next fix!

I think I might try for MSG on Halloween. Halloween comes every year but the Police only come around every 25! I wouldn't be able to go on the 2nd - I have a ticket for the 3rd and would be exhausted. I would go on November 1 though. Ugh! I wish they would announce this stuff all at once instead of making us wait. I guess they want to see how fast the Halloween show sells out before they put another date on sale, but it's killing me.

Come on, ladies! It's Halloween!

Grab the headband and tube socks, and let's go!

Seriously. I'm definitely there. And I think Halloween definitely calls for some themed attire.

Hmmm, I think we may be on board here! Candy negotiations have concluded in an amicable agreement...now it's up to the ticket gods! Will need something suitable for vertically challenged 8-year-old...unless I put him in some really high platform shoes, slap on a pair of funky sunglasses and call him Elton John!!??
