The Police Chorus (French TV) 1979

Every collector here knows about this show.

I was able, not too long ago, to see this show (in black and white) in a poor quality.

Europe2 TV is currently buying rights to rebroadcast those shows.
They already planned to show :
Chorus/ Stray Cats (1981)
Chorus / Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers (1980)
Chorus / Frank Zappa (1980)
Chorus / The Clash (1980)

Let's hope with The Police reunion that they will rebroadcast the wonderfull gig The Police did back in 79 (reggatta tour) on this show.
We might have a chance to see this show in perfect conditions!

I think I'm gonna burn all those Chorus shows. For different reasons, I like as well The Stray Cats, Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers and Frank Zappa.
Just to mention they will rebroadcast the Chorus show dedicated to The Clash (Live at Le Palace 1980) at the end of May.

I just watched the Stray Cats in Chorus yesterday night. The image quality wasn't so bad !
But unfortunately, reading an interview with Antoine de Caunes a few months ago, a lot of the Chorus tapes has dissapeared.... some people in the french television used the tapes for something else, and deleted them.
Just hope it won't be the case with The Police show in Paris !
