Good news from a TPT post!

From a (rather long) description of Andy's book signing last night by TPT member ritchietom:

"At the end of the reading the public (non more than 50 people I guess) asked a few questions but the most important to me was: "Are you guys planning a 6th album?". The answer is any fans dream:"Well we'll be playing two or three new tracks during this summer tour....there's some material that came out during the jam sessions.....an album is not out of question." This is a fantastic news!"

This is the only real news in the post, but I'll put a link in the links section in case anyone wants to read about the rest of the book signing.

Ah! Ah! Very very good news! Merci beaucoup !
But I'm not that surprised. I posted some days ago on the "New songs expectative" thread, saying even Sting could be interested by recording this 6th album:
"So, wouldn't it be for Sting, and also for Stewart and Andy, the greatest challenge to be the first major band to record a major record, I mean at least as good as Synchronicity, after so many years without playing together? This would be of great interest. After all, The Police recorded only 5 albums. A minor production for a major band."

It's probably not the reasons why they could do it, but interesting to see it wasn't that stupid, finally!
