Stu's alter ego Klark Kent. The other members with the masks are Andy & Sting.

I'd like to be able to get Stewart's Klark Kent stuff, but it doesn't seem to be available anywhere, except for the four files here on the site. There were more than four songs, right?

I see now that somebody is selling a used copy of "Kollected Works" on Amazon for $70. That's a little steep. Maybe he can get it up on iTunes at some point...

I would rather have a box set, but itunes would be cool too.

when i was at the everyone stares Q&A with stewart in london in october, i asked him about whether we could get any KK stuff on CD; stewart said "yeah, its on amazon or somewhere", i had to correct him and point out "stew, that costs £80 fucking quid!"

he was amazed and promised to upload it onto i-tunes when he got back; ; ; now i'm guessing he didnt know he was gonna get so busy this year, but come on stew! you said you would....

there used to be some great stuff on stewartcopeland.com (videos, lots of tunes) but they went away recently.......

I love that clip, especially when he misses one of his lines. Smooth one, Klark.
Dramatic highlights & a unique musical cosmos. Guaranteed.

there's a whole back story to that appearance on TOTP, isn't there?

i remember reading about it in the Police book which Miles did (a fantastic book and my bible for many years).

miles was all worried 'cos he had lots of acts that he wanted to get onto Top of the Pops and so didnt want to upset any BBC bigwigs... but stew wanted to keep his identity secret so wore wanted to wear a mask. it kicked off and eventually he was only allowed to paint his face and so the secret was out; Klark kent was Stewart.....

i'm sure someone who isnt at work will be able to tell more.......

That is SO stingo on bass - check out the dancing! i reckon that's Andy jumping around. Maybe the others are some of roadies/techs and possibly Miles or Ian?

I'm sure someone on here will have the hard facts...

Hannaha, thank you very much for this information.

I will check it later.

Your new avatar is lovely.

Do you already put some slightly Police's music to your niece's newborn ears???

Is like making her a music baptism.

My kids are listen to The Police music since I was pregnant. They know all Police's songs, even KK and Stu music, also derangements from Everyone Stares film...

One of the others playing (acting) on that video is a former member of Curved Air.

Arthur Pilkington Smith-Smythe-Smith (or similar).

Dietmar?
