Question for Stewart: THE POLICE routine

Well I am a musician as well and I'm really curious to find out what's your routine like preparing for your tour. I'll try to make it easy for you and just ask a few questions, I think this might be quite interesting for all the folks here.
-How many hours do you rehearse every day?
-How much time does it take to put a song together?
-Once it's together how many times do you play it?
-How open are you guys to real jamming and stretching?
-How many times you play the entire show before your first tour hit?
-Do you warm up individually before a rehearsal or gig?
