Ticketmaster help?

Ok, so I didn't get what I wanted but I was kind of considering this a dry run anyhow as my husband would rather we go to Vegas.

But here are my questions:
1. When I didn't get my seats and it sent me back to the "events page", it always reset so I had to re-input my number of tickets, price range and pass code. Is there anyway around this and why the f*** do they do this? I can understand having to redo the password, but why all the rest?

2. Has anyone ever compared firefox and explorer? I have both and today I used explorer. Would firefox have been any faster/better?

3. My next step is to try the general sale and see if there are any decent seats left there. Does anyone know if phone or computer is better? And if I'm going with phone am I right in thinking I pretty much have to have a land line phone or I'll never get through?

Any TM experts out there, I would greatly appreciate your advice.
