When the presale comes to time, you will propably experience an error message screen, close window and log in again until you get to the "get tickets" link of the tickets page.
Copy the password that you will be able to paste it on the ticketmaster website (faster) !!! I beleive that if you try to rewrite it, there are chances that it don't work well !!!
My chance was that maybe the Montreal concert was not as popular as the NYC concert but with this easy process, I had the chance to choose my TIX 4 times before I confirmed my final places in the Bell Center (I must admit that I was afraid to lose my chance !!!) But the first TIX offered to me at 225$ were almost behind the stage !!!
My teenage dream is now true... AFTER 24 YEARS... I have tickets for The Police live in concert !!!
