Is there going to be a "pit?"

Hey everyone. I'm curious - are these shows going to be all seats or is there going to be a "standing room only" sort of pit around the front of the stage? Reason is I'd love to camp out or whatever at the front of the line for a show and be in the very front center...that'd be awesome. It just seems a bit more sedate when it's all seats..of course I'm sure it depends on the venue. I'm in Southern California though so like, stadium or arena....

I would guess that Bonnaroo (how do you spell it again?) is the only place with any pit action.

My guess is based on the fact that Ticket Bastard is auctioning rows 2-9 to the highest bidder.

I'm in the pit of ticket despair?

does that count?

for the Toronto show they show floor seats...kinda like a pit with folding chairs.

meh.

Will there be "pits" at Police shows? God, I hope not. I can't really think of anything more stupid than people moshing (which is very tired, by the way) to "Every Breath You Take".

LOL!

Well, I didn't necessarily mean moshing but I think standing is fun because you can dance, rock out, etc... but I guess with the older fans they'd probably prefer seats...I'm only 22.

Well, I think the point was that the OP didn't want to sit down. ;-)

To be semi-serious for a moment, I'm a creaky 28 (hurr hurr) and I can't imagine sitting down at a rock show, but that's just my preference.
