Yep. No disrespect intended to any moderators or management, but I don't have a very good feeling about Ticketmaster, either, and don't trust them from here to the end of my nose.
Just seems like there ought to be a better way, you know? Unfortunately I'm sure they have a lock on most ticket distribution business, for various reasons.
I just posted that article on TPT.com, and another good one about scalpers defeating Ticketmaster's CAPTCHA system (which supposedly defeats computers outbidding people on high-demand concert ticket sales, but in actuality serves as little defense against folks really determined to scalp these tickets.)
I've posted these here before, but here's the second one again too, since it appears TPT.com's message board is behind a subscription firewall.

I really think we should wait and see, but I'm not ruling out Ebay and outfits like Stubhub, should it get right down to brass tacks.
