I can't afford to go anywhere else and I've never been to a Police concert before. (I was 9 when you guys broke up.) Please fulfill my dream and come here to Minneapolis so I can see you in concert together!

Please Please PLEASE!!!

Thank you!

Amen Tigress! Minneapolis may be cold right now, but summer and fall is an awesome time to visit my old stomping grounds. The Mini-apple rocks! I bet there's lots of folks who will fill the Target Center full.

there is a place on the policetour website where it indicated other north american shows to be announced in the next few weeks & it names Minn/St pauls as one of those venues

I really really hope so. The DJ's on the radio keep saying that it has been confirmed that they are coming here, but they just don't know the dates or venue yet. Many have been saying St. Paul and not Minneapolis which is kind of weird. As far as I know Minneapolis has the largest stadiums for a concert of this magnitude. If they did a small venue here it would be really hard to get tickets since I'm sure they'll sell out in a millisecond.

JohnnyJumpStart,
I looked all over the place on the Police Tour website but I didn't see anything about Minneapolis/St. Paul being mentioned. Where exactly did you see that?

Ach! :!: I'm so frantic! I just wanna see my boys! I'm acting like a teenager again! :D

PLEASE let them play Xcel Center in St Paul... Target Center is well known for sounding like s#|t no matter what you do, if they book this venue to perform at I will not be going to see the show, unless I get free tickets.

I mean, I went to every show they did in the TC, I'd like to see this one, too, but now, after being a musician/soundperson for over 20 years, I have these qualifications, you know? Like a good sounding room.

Twin Cities fans represent!

Yay! They're coming to St. Paul, Minnesota! My friends got me a great seat, too! Praise God for wonderful friends!

Thanks Stewie, for coming to my town!

Yah I just noticed that, glad it's the Xcel, but I wonder what kind of tickets are left after all of these 'presales'... tigress, your friends got any extras? :?

Nope, sorry. :) I paid for the ticket myself. I just couldn't be online at the time the presale started, so my friend ordered it for me and I paid her back. It's not front-row center, but it's the front-row of one of the side sections, I guess. Yeeeeee-haaaaaaaa! :D :D :D

Thanks DiveMistress,
I felt bad about bragging about my good seat yesterday. I wonder if all die-hard Police fans are able to go to any of their concerts at all, you know, with so many people buying out the venues. Here in St. Paul, the place sold out in an hour! And people who don't really care about the Police and just want to go to a historic concert might be getting in and taking up seats that only true Police fans should have a shot at. I hope it all works out for everyone. It would be so awful if a person couldn't go see their all-time favorite band in concert one last time.

Oops. I just got my ticket from my friends the other night and my seat is not the 1st row of my section but the 2nd row. But, either way it's still really good. I hope I have a nice, clear view of Stewart. I'll bring my binoculars to be sure!

Does anyone know if the Excel Energy Center in St. Paul allows you to take photos? Someone told me they'll confiscate your camera when they look through your bags at the gate.
