Read in a french magazine...

This magazine, a french "intelligent" TV program, with good articles about cinema, books, music, arts, society, TV... is called Telerama.
In the last number, I read this short news item, which I try to translate as faithfully as possible:
"Police Assistance.
The prospect of new elections in USA has encouraged the radical rock band Rage Against The Machine to continue his militant and subversive service.
For Sting, it's rather the attraction of a 100 million dollars check which has convinced him to join up with Stewart Copeland and Andy Summers for a tour with The Police.
Everyone has his own motivations."
For sure this tour (if tour it will be !) will represent a large sumn of money... now to thing this check is the carrot which make the donkey moving forward... maybe it's true, maybe I'm too naive to think the opposite.
Sting has enough money now, but in a way, money calls money, so...
