Is Stewart playing LA and Wembley? Is he drumming? How much? I would hope he plays Generator. Perfect song for him

According to the Foo Fighters, the LA lineup looks like this:

The special event will be taking place at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on September 27th and will include The Police's Stewart Copeland, KISS cofounder Gene Simmons, Motley Crue's Nikki Sixx, Rush's Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson, Red Hot Chili Peppers' Chad Smith, Queen's Brian May and Roger Taylor, Wolfgang Van Halen, Chris Chaney, Omar Hakin, Josh Homme, Mark Ronson, Alanis Morissette, Luke Spiller, Rufas Taylor, Jon Theodore, Brad Wilk, Pat Wilson and Chevy Metal.

The London lineup is similar, in that it also includes Stewart, Geddy, Alex, Brian and Roger.

That looks like it could be quite a musical extravaganza.

Copeland and Simmons as a rhythm section looks very interesting. If there's a rehearsal at the Sacred Grove I hope there's a little video. They previously collaborated for a show for their kids' school, as SC described in his book.

Copeland and Rush = Not Rush but nevertheless could give it a fresh twist.

It's always interesting for fans to see artists step out of their comfort zone, collaborate and explore.

STEWART played Next to You with The Foos as well as Every Little Thing She Does is Magic with the dude from Supergrass on vocals. I can listen to STEWART play ELTSDIM in any context at any time.

This is in reference to the Wembley show.

Josh Freese played drums during the Foo Fighters set (as well as other times). He was fantastic. If the Foos decide to continue, he would be a great choice.

Shit. Particularly amazed by Josh's playing given the tough position he was put in.

After Josh, it was Travis Barker. Grohl told a story of how he was a garbage man in Taylor's neighborhood.

Songs with Travis Barker: The Pretender and Monkey Wrench.

Hoping STEWART comes back to play Generator, which is essentially Synch II on drums. I love that drum part.

Next up was that kid Nandie (sp?). Learn to Fly.

Strangely, Paul McCartney and Chrissy Hines (sp) played Oh Darling. I think it was the first live performance of that song ever. I think it was Omak Hakim on drums.

Final drummer was Shane Hawkins, Taylor's son. Final song was Everlong, played without drums. STEWART came our for the final bows. Pretty good show overall.

Shane was fucking incredible.

He played with emotion and ferociousness.

This kid is going to be a monster.

Wookie mind blown.

As Craig Betts noted on STEWART’s Instagram, the fills at the end of ELTSDIM definitely was a goosebumps moment. God I love that drum part

Chris Shiflet’s guitar on ELTSDIM was fantastic but it really made me miss hearing STEWART and and playing together. I listened to Certified right after watching the tribute concert. Man Tourzilla was special

It was awesome and so much fun to see Stewart play at the Taylor Hawkins tribute concert. The only way it would have been better was if they performed a song such as Miss Gradenko, Fall Out or Bombs Away. Perhaps they can send the crowd into a frenzy in Los Angeles by playing an SC Police track.

Check out this photo of SC with Josh Freese and Omar Hakim, two other drummers very familiar to Sting fans.

BTW, has anyone found a video link to the full performances?
