Stewart Ripped Off by Saw IV

We're all familiar with the cover art for the Can't Stand Losing You single. It shows Stewart with a noose around his neck, standing on a block of ice with an electric heater next to the ice. See it here:

I believe the clever shot was Stewart's idea.

I've become a fan of the Saw horror movie series. In Saw IV, they pull the same gag. This time it's Donnie Wahlberg who's standing on the ice.

Can this be a coincidence? Are you going to tell me that no one from that movie is aware of Stewart's cover art? None of them have followed the Police? The director, writers, producers, etc. No one knew?

It's not a major issue, but they should give credit for the idea.

I always thought that was Sting on the CSLY cover - looks more like the back of his head.
