Private messaging - no option?

I've been trying to find a "private message" option for the last 10 minutes (my own Control Panel, another user's profile, etc.), but to no avail - is it disabled on this message board?

Thanks Giovanni! I sent Eugenio an e-mail, although I wonder if he checks it much these days, since it looks like he at least hasn't logged onto this forum in over a year...
