"Let's do a tour and give all the money to charity. Let's build a hospital, save the rainforest ect.." " Let's do a tour and have some fun".
After finishing watching VH1 documentary on the Police today which I taped a while back Stewart Copeland made those Quotes. Andy Summers said in the documentary that they owe the fans a final show. And Sting made the commment "I never said that we would ever reuinit. At least I don't think I did".

What point am I trying to make?

I really really really hope the three policmen get back for a reunion tour.

I must go right now. I'm watching the Police inductee to the Rock and Roll hall of fame for about the million time

Cheers everyone.

Is there somewhere online where I can see The Police induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame? I think it was on YouTube that I saw them playing Message in a Bottle and Every Breath You Take, but I never caught Roxanne (or any other bits of their induction ceremony). So, any tips?

amaninasuitcase: Thanks for the URL for the Police's induction into the Rock-N-Roll Hall of fame.

Unfortunately, I can't get those videos to play despite my best efforts. I downloaded the software, etc, and my Windows Media Player still says it doesn't recognize the file.

Is there somewhere else I can download those clips from?

Thanks!

Jeez. I'd'a just about lost my marbles if they HAD played 'Man in a Suitcase.'

I HOPE and PRAY that if they get together to do a 'special appearance' somewhere and play some of the old tunes, that the setlist selection contains more than just 'Rox,' 'King', and 'Breath.'

Wow. Wouldn't I just love to hear Sting yell that "GAAAAAH" he does halfway through Masaka Tango - live!

Honestly, tho? I'd also really love to hear some Gizmo stuff, and some of Andy's newer material. I'll die if they only play 'Fields of Gold' and 'Desert Rose' out of the solo songs.
