Better than therapy on thepolice.com

I've had the dvd for a while and I haven't been able to get any answer from the site as to why the Better than therapy area isn't accesible anymore.
Does anyone know here if there's some way or other to get to see the content?
Thanks.

Sadly, none that I know of.

BTW, welcome to the site! Sorry I didn't say hello earlier, I'm finally able to get back here myself after a bit of an absence...

Well, I suspected there would be trouble with this when I got the dvd, as it's been around 5 years now. It happens a lot with websites.
It's a shame. I got that dvd precisely because of that Better than Therapy part. I haven't seen it complete on any of the usual places, just bits of it, and I understand it's actually 50 minutes long!

So, I've got the dvd, which was originally the key to that special part on the site, and I can't watch it...

Thanks for the welcome :)

Oh, wait, I thought you meant the extras/clips that were on the website (back in the day, I have no idea if they are still there or not) and were NOT part of the Better Than Therapy documentary. I don't remember them ever having the full documentary up on the official site. Does the version of the Certifiable DVD available today not have the documentary on disc with it? Is that a regional thing, because every US description I see of Certifiable does have it as a "bonus" on the program.

I'm confused.

I've got the UK dvd and cd. The insert just reads:
"The dvd unlocks Better than Therapy online bonus area. To access bonus feature place the dvd in your computer and go to http://www.thepolice.com/betterthantherapy. Simply follow the instrutions to get access.
Bonus feature: "Better than therapy", directd by Jordan Copeland, 50 minutes of exlusive content... bablabla ".

And nothing happens, as the url isn't valid anymore. So I can't watch the 50 minute long thing :)

Could it be that the 'bonus' is what was included into the dvd for the fan club members? Being a Police.com member, I received a dvd that was a sort of a sequel of 'Better Than Therapy'. with lots of images taken on the road, backstage, etc...

But the 50 minute feature is not on the dvd, it is supposed to be an extra only to be found on the site. And on the site there's nothing. I suppose I arrived to late!

Don't bother Jordan about that kind of thing, it's just a technical issue related to the website, not the docu in itself. Don't worry...

You mean 'Better Than Therapy' or the Fan Club dvd?

I don't know anything about a fan club dvd. I have the regular dvd and as I explained in the last post here, the instructions say "go to thepolice.com/betterthantherapy" for the 50 minute feature. But the url isn't valid anymore. See? :)

I don't think it's a regional thing Sockii as I have the UK CD/Dvd set and the "bonus" is on DVD disc 2. I didn't get any instructions telling me to go to thepolice.com./better than therapy.

There's no 2nd dvd in my package. Just a dvd and a cd, plus instrucions to go to the site and find access to the special feature there

Anyway, I've just found out that the access expired on 14th february 2009. Great...

Hi Lancaster.

The 4 disc box set (2 cd.s and 2 dvd's) is listed as temporarily out of stock on Amazon Uk. It is billed at £20.99 (we don't do Euros here :-))
I assume you may be able to get it on Amazon in Spain at some point but if not and you would like to buy it when it comes back in stock then give me a shout. I'm sure we can figure it out. In Europe we are all region 2 so that shouldn't be a problem.

How kind of you :) But, don't worry, I'll order it myself whenever I see it available. No hurries. I was just a bit disappointed that I couldn't watch the feature.. after all that's why I had initially bought the dvd! But it's ok. I'll grab the first copy of the 2dvd 2cds box that I see around ;)
