on the tune REGRET - re:bass

I was wondering about the bass in REGRET, you hear that awesome warm stand-up bass sound a lot in Mr Copelands tunes.

Is it the custom electric stand-up bass (like Sting's Brian) from the Monserratt sessions?, or do you play a sampled version on the keys?.

...sounds like it's played with a bow, but I have no idea really...but it's a cool signature sound, I like how hi-hats really float on top of it in some of his other stuff but on "regret" you can really hear it even though it's (nicely) mixed low.

Very nice "ambient" piece.

Anyway, just curious.
