So after purchasing this and listening for a few days...what is the over all feeling on this, what do you think of it honestly?

I like it, although it took a few listens to really get into it.
I like the second version of Other Way of Stopping, but not the first. Gene Pool was very good, although not as good to me as the version Stewart played in La Jolla (although part of my love of the La Jolla version is likely that I was there).
I am rather fond also of Dance Ants, Dog Dreams, and Gong Rock.
It has several tracks from Stewart's early soundtracks which isn't my favorite of his compositions, although I know others have a different view. Still, I really like the version of Trading Begins.
Didn't care for the 3 bonus remix tracks.
On the whole I am very pleased.

He did a thing awhile back called Mr. Doubles, where he actually played drums on a few tracks...I wish that would have been the case with this.
I like it somewhat ...but it's truly missing "The Copeland" flair.
Mr. Greb does a fine job on the traps, but still missing the element.
If you take it for what it's worth, it's a fine adaptation ...however if you're expecting serious Copelandism's you'll be dissapointed.
Hoping for a new Copeland release soon, this wet my appetite for the genuine article.

Mrs. Zilboy surprised me with it this week. I like it, although it's a little weird hearing Stewart's stuff with all those trendy funky beats. I thought it was cool that they included "Contact". Refreshing to have a vocal tune in amongst all the heavy instrumental stuff. Maybe they'll do "Don't Care" on volume 2

I was listening to the CD while taking my cat to the vet this week. He heard the last three songs on it and yowed during "Tulsa Tango."
However, I don't know if that meant he particularly liked that song over the other 2 he heard, partcularly disliked the song, or was just complaining about being in a cat carrier going to the vet. He didn't "speak" during the other songs on the ride.
(The cat is now fine, btw.)

My cat, Roxanne, seems particularly immune to Sting belting out her name repeatedly.
