Glad you enjoyed it Therese

I have yet to see Sting play live but enjoyed watching Peter Tickell on the Winters Night DVD and Jo Lawry is a great vocalist.

been the last two nights at Hammersmith Odeon.
set list the same.
Some good banter from gordo inbetween songs, which (unlike tourzilla) changes a little each night. He seems pretty chilled out, wearing jeans and trainers. Lots of strolling round the stage and smiling.
A lot more chilled than on tourzilla.
nice set of songs, went to the bar during Stolen Car which was a good idea. Sacred Love now has a bluesy guitar and less programming which has made it a much stronger song.

Peter Tickell TEARS it up on his solo's, particularly Driven To Tears; check it on youtube cos it is a brilliant performance from him.

Dominic M is the same, lots of playing to the crowd, smiling lots to the fans at his feet, his son, Rufus, holds his own, takes the solo on Fields of Gold is which is hardly taxing but perfectly fine addition to the band....

Jo thingy kinda annoys me, doesn't really add anything for me, she's certainly no mary j blige in terms of vocal performance, i find her voice a bit thin and her attempts at "sexy" during "Stolen Car" left me cold and her "head-banging during the very "up" Next to You is reminiscent of a school christmas party when a teaching assistant has had too much lambrini.

Vinnie is vinnie, made a few errors on monday night, but is clearly great... Gordo introducing him both nights as "arguably the best drummer in the world".
